D'Addario & Company

2017 - 2020

As the digital strategy and planning lead at D'Addario, I overhauled and re-positioned the company's digital marketing efforts. This involved a complete digital audit of ad channels and of their marketing technology use.


I also provided a comprehensive KPI breakdown per marketing channel, developed a funnel strategy for content, and a cross-channel media strategy for sales. Results included 115% cross-channel engagement growth in 2018 and sustained growth of 58% through 2019. Additionally, I brought their marketing analytics program online, and was a key member of the digital transformation team, where I led the analytics integration on the website and provided their SEO and optimization guidelines.

Association of National Advertisers

2014 - 2017

At the ANA, I led the development of the company's digital strategy — this included a complete overhaul of the website, implementing analytics best practices and goal reporting, and transitioning offline publications to a digital-only experience.


I increased the SEO value of the organization through an organic and paid media strategy. I also created the in-use social media guidelines and revised the organic social strategy while growing brand visibility on LinkedIn.

Duff & Phelps

2012 - 2013

At Duff & Phelps, a financial advisory firm, I spearheaded platform migration for social media, content marketing, and email marketing, creating guidelines and implementing digital best practices.


I launched Twitter and blog accounts and developed a LinkedIn content marketing campaign, resulting in YOY follower increase of 60% and overall engagement by 100%, along with two client wins and five new business leads. I also supported the organization through auditing their web analytics and provided SEO best practices.


2010 - 2012

I managed the cross-service/industry relationship across sectors, collaborated on M&A initiatives, including events, and developed the content strategy for whitepapers, podcasts, and webcasts.



Recently, I had the opportunity to bring my experience to the stage at both AdWeek, where I was a panelist discussing insights into social media with other industry leaders.  I also presented at the Digital Transformation conference, in Boston on the role of communications and marketing organization in digital transformation projects.
