This weekly digest primarily pulls from what I share on LinkedIn, but going forward I think I'm going to start bringing in other articles and insights I've been collecting throughout my internet meanderings. Everything shared is purely a repository of what I find insightful or interesting, or that shocks my mind into a spiral of thought that otherwise wouldn't have happened. I hope that you, dear reader, find some of these items inspiring as well.

How was I not aware of The Pudding ? It's like the best collection of visual essays I've ever come across. They bring together storytelling + visualization in a way that allows a reader to truly engage and identify with the information.
Some of my favorites so far:

NYC Street View: https://lnkd.in/ew4UQwVA

Go check them out (not just the ones above) - you won't be disappointed.

"Distinct from loneliness—which is alone time we don’t want—solitude is chosen, and meant to be rejuvenating and generative."
As an introvert, I’ve learned that my best presence with others often depends on something that happens away from others: intentional solitude.
This isn’t just personal preference—research backs it up. Studies show that even 10–15 minutes of solitude can reduce stress and restore calm, and when chosen (not forced), alone time increases autonomy and helps us feel more like ourselves. These quiet moments let us reset, so we can return to our work and relationships with more energy, clarity, and presence.
For introverts, solitude isn’t withdrawal—it’s maintenance. It’s what allows us to recharge, think deeply, and show up fully.
I share this as a reminder to anyone who feels guilty for stepping back: solitude is not selfish, it’s fuel. The linked article also shares more insight into the benefits of intentional solitude.
As a bonafide sci-fi and UX/UI stan, I love this website: https://arewetrekyet.com/. It tracks how close we are to Star Trek tech. Great interface, clean IA, and a concept that bridges storytelling and innovation. #makeitso
