How was I not aware of The Pudding ? It's like the best collection of visual essays I've ever come across. They bring together storytelling + visualization in a way that allows a reader to truly engage and identify with the information.

As an introvert, I’ve learned that my best presence with others often depends on something that happens away from others: intentional solitude.

This isn’t just personal preference—research backs it up. Studies show that even 10–15 minutes of solitude can reduce stress and restore calm, and when chosen (not forced), alone time increases autonomy and helps us feel more like ourselves. These quiet moments let us reset, so we can return to our work and relationships with more energy, clarity, and presence.

For introverts, solitude isn’t withdrawal—it’s maintenance. It’s what allows us to recharge, think deeply, and show up fully.
